IMPORTANT: 

Nica Brac jewellery is made by hand using finely detailed and intricate metal work. It is delicate type of art jewellery and should always be worn and handled with care. It is what is classed as 'occasional jewellery' and therefore is not suitable for robust everyday wear unless otherwise stated. Due to the soft nature of the more unusual gemstones often used, along with the intricate nature of the metal work, it should not be given to nor worn around children as they may grab or handle it to excess. Nica Brac jewellery and many of the gemstones used are fragile, delicate and intricately created, and a sudden yanking of a chain, sharp knock of the stone, or strong handling of a pendant may irreparably damage the piece. By placing an order, you are confirming you understand this.

Payment

Payment is via Paypal. Nica Brac also welcomes payments via bank transfer by prior arrangement - please contact  care@nicabrac.com before ordering, if you would like to pay by bank transfer so we can give further instructions.

Shipping

Items are dispatched after full payment has been received, and usually within approx 24 - 48 hours of cleared payment Monday to Friday (actual delivery times are down to the courier).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Nicacbrac is based in the United Kingdom.  International buyers please note that if you purchase an item it may incur extra customs and import taxes depending on your own countries policies, which are all the responsibility of you the customer. You can find out more info by visiting your own country's customs and import website for further advise.

Returns policy

There is a 30 day no-quibble return policy on all items. You can return your order, for any reason, within 30 working days of your order, starting the day you receive the goods. Please inform us at care@nicabrac.com  within 30 days, of receipt your wish to return the item, there's no need to give a reason. Then return your purchase to us for a full refund (please note that you pay return shipping costs and this will not be refunded). If we have accidentally mis-described any item then you are entitled to a full refund, including your postage.

GENERAL

Items ordered should be paid for during checkout - uncompleted orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours (you're welcome to re-order). All contracts are written and concluded in English and under UK legislation. You must be over 18 to purchase from this website, and by using this website to order and purchase goods online, you confirm you are over 18 years of age. Prices used on this website are in British pound sterling (£).

Please note that different computer and monitor settings mean that colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colours. Please read all descriptions carefully, especially measurements and sizes.

Please handle Nica Brac jewellery with care.  Avoid excess handling. The items for sale on this website are not suitable for people under 16 years of age. 

The gemstone locations and the natural untreated state of the gemstones are disclosed to the best of my ability and knowledge, using both my own experience, and the guidance given by the well established geology, mineral and gemstone rough suppliers I purchase from.  They are not a guarantee, as I am not qualified gemologists who can professionally test a gemstone in a professional laboratory setting. By purchasing from this website, you confirm that you understand this. All articles and information about gemstones and jewellery found in this website are written to the best of my knowledge; they are not to be taken as any type of professional, educational or legal advise, nor valuation nor recommendation. 

Statutory rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. The term 'customer', 'buyer' 'purchaser' 'you', 'your' and 'you've' used on this website and in these terms and conditions means the person using the website and/ or purchasing an item. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without giving a reason. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and any part of the website.  Anyone using this website or any customer purchasing from this website acknowledges and agrees that I, this business, nor this website, shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or in connection with this website or use of this website.
